It is with deep sorrow that we announce the sudden passing of Thomas Katsoulis at the Ottawa Hospital-Civic Campus on Tuesday, December 10, 2024, at the age of 80.
Cherished husband of Voula and much-loved father of Jimmy (Tanya), Billy (Tabitha) and Dean (Melissa). Tom’s journey to Canada began in 1961 when, at the age of 17, he and his twin sister made the courageous journey by ship from Greece. Arriving at Pier 21, he came with the determination that would define his life. Over the years, he built a legacy of hard work, service and dedication. He was the proud owner of the Thruway Restaurant and an honorary member of the Ocean Wave Fire Department.
