The Retired Ottawa Firefighters Association (ROFFA) was founded in 2010, by a group of Ottawa Retired Firefighters for the purpose of establishing an organization dedicated to serving retired Ottawa Firefighters, their spouses, widows and widowers.
Once an active Ottawa Firefighter retires, he or she automatically becomes a Member of ROFFA.
